基于回归分析法的半潜平台浮体结构焊接控制

摘要 为解决陵水17-2半潜平台浮体结构建造精度策划中最为关键的焊接收缩值的预测分析问题,根据浮体结构的特点和建造顺序,应用回归分析方法,选取焊脚高度和结构间距作为高相关性自变量,建立二元线性回归分析模型,并通过样本集计算确立回归模型系数。整体显著性检验结果表明回归方程高度显著,说明自变量整体上对焊接收缩值有高度显著的线性影响。 To solve the most critical problem of predicting and analyzing the welding shrinkage value in the construction accuracy planning of the floating structure of the Ling Shui 17-2 FPU,based on the characteristics and construction sequence of the floating structure,regression analysis method is applied to select the height of the welding legs and the spacing of the structure as highly correlated independent variables,and a binary linear regression analysis model is established.The regression model coefficients are determined through sample set calculation.The overall significance test shows that the regression equation is highly significant,which indicate that the independent variable overall has a highly significant linear effect on the welding contraction values.
