基于响应面法的螺旋桨多目标优化

摘要 为了探究影响螺旋桨水动力性能的因素,基于FLUENT软件和CFD滑移网格技术对标准桨DTMB 4119进行模拟,验证该方法的可靠性;应用该方法对不同螺距比、盘面比和纵倾角的Wageningen B型螺旋桨进行数值模拟,得到这3个因素对螺旋桨推力系数、扭矩系数和效率的影响规律;基于Box-Behnken方法设计三因素三水平试验组,采用响应面法建立三因素与目标函数的优化数学模型,得到三因素对螺旋桨水动力性能的耦合影响。结果表明,影响推力系数和扭矩系数的因素按影响大小排序为螺距比>盘面比>纵倾角。同时,在现有电机功率限制条件下,优化得到产生最大推力的螺旋桨参数。 In order to investigate the factors affecting the hydrodynamic performance of propellers,the reliability of the method is verified by simulating the standard propeller DTMB 4119 based on FLUENT software and CFD slip grid technique.The numerical simulation of Wageningen B propeller with different pitch ratio,disc ratio and longitudinal inclination angle is applied to obtain the influence law of each of the three factors on propeller thrust coefficient,torque coefficient and efficiency.Based on the Box-Behnken method,a three-factor,three-level test group is designed.The response surface method is used to establish the optimized mathematical model of the three factors and the objective function,and the coupled effects of the three factors on the hydrodynamic performance of the propeller are obtained.The results show that the main and secondary factors affecting the thrust and torque coefficients are pitch ratio>disk ratio>longitudinal inclination angle.The propeller parameters that produce the maximum thrust are optimized under the existing motor power limitation.
