智能船舶的轮机管理研究 被引量:3

Research about Marine Engineering Management of Intelligent Ship

摘要 通过对智能船舶的分级及其对轮机装置的配置要求进行分析发现,从轮机管理角度看,应用机舱设备视情维护系统后,有人在船的智能船舶仍可按现行方式组织与执行设备操作、维护保养和修理等工作,而对无人在船的智能船舶,则需考虑用其他方式替代船员。针对智能船舶轮机管理核心关键技术尚未突破、工程应用与理论研究存在差距以及无人化风险等问题,从设备状态感知、诊断与决策和控制与安全等3个方面对智能船舶轮机管理的未来发展进行展望。 Through analysis of the classification of intelligent ships and their requirements for the configuration of engine equipment,it is found that from the perspective of engine management,after the application of the engine room equipment maintenance system,intelligent ships with people on board can still organize and perform equipment operation,maintenance,and repair work in the current way.For intelligent ships without people on board,it is necessary to consider using other methods to replace crew members.The future development of intelligent ship engine management is expected from three aspects:equipment state perception,diagnosis and decision-making,and control and safety,in response to issues such as the lack of breakthroughs in core key technologies of intelligent ship engine management,gaps in engineering applications and theoretical research,and unmanned risks.
