无人船时代船舶安全风险因素的转变

摘要 聚焦无人船时代船舶安全风险因素较传统模式下的转变,探讨随着从有人在船到无人值守的发展过程中,哪些以往未被重视的指标会影响无人船的安全。综述国内外无人船发展现状,介绍无人船的典型成果。基于全球海上事故数据分析传统航运业中作为威胁船舶安全主要因素之一的人为因素带来的影响。在此基础上,探讨未来无人船时代可能影响船舶安全的主要风险因素,为今后无人船风险因素判定相关研究提供思路。 Focusing on the transformation of ship safety risk factors in the era of unmanned ship compared with the traditional mode,indicators which will previously affect the safety of unmanned ships are overlooked and explored with the development from manned ships to unmanned ones.The development status of unmanned ships is reviewed,and the typical achievements of unmanned vessels are introduced.The impact of human factor,which is one of the main factors threatening the safety of ships in the traditional shipping industry,is analyzed.On the basis,several main risk factors are discussed that may affect the ship safety in the era of unmanned ships,and provides ideas for the future research determining the risk factors of unmanned vessels.
