摘要
文章基于PLM的协同研发系统,有效管理中国海装风机产品全生命周期数据以及各业务环节的协同流程,解决各个业务环节的“信息孤岛”与“流程阻滞”问题。从项目管控协同、业务数据和信息、业务系统和工具等方面,对系统方案设计和实施做了具体研究与定义。通过建立项目管理子系统、数据管理子系统、数字化工艺子系统,实现了项目驱动的工程研发、全过程数字化管控、三维可视化工艺与数据驱动的生产和采购。
The PLM based collaborative R&D system effectively manages the full life cycle data of China’s offshore wind turbine products and the collaborative processes of various business links,and solves the problems of"information islands"and"process blockages"in various business links.From the aspects of project management and control collaboration,business data and information,business systems and tools,the system scheme design and implementation are specifically studied and defined.Through the establishment of project management subsystem,data management subsystem and digital chemical technology subsystem,project driven engineering research and development,whole process digital management and control,three-dimensional visual process and data-driven production and procurement are realized.
