摘要
使用ABAQUS软件对海上长叶片进行仿真计算过程中,手动完成叶片分析的步骤耗时较长,根据软件自生成脚本,运用python软件对ABAQUS的仿真前处理步骤进行二次开发。对在二次开发过程中模型网格集合赋予铺层属性的一种空间框方法进行介绍,并对某80 m叶片进行仿真计算,施加静力载荷、极限载荷以及等效疲劳载荷的情况下对其位移、应变、安全系数结果与ANASYS有限元软件结果或试验结果进行对比分析,验证空间框方法的适用性。结果表明:ABAQUS软件有限元软件计算结果与试验结果误差满足规范要求,2种软件结果与试验误差的变化趋势基本一致,为ABAQUS叶片有限元分析提供一种集合创建二次开发方法。
When using ABAQUS software to simulate long offshore blades,it takes a long time to manually complete blade analysis.According to the self-generated script of the software,python software is used to carry out secondary development of the pre-simulation processing steps of ABAQUS.A space frame method is introduced for assigning layer properties to the model grid set in the secondary development process,and a certain 80 m blade is simulated,and static load,ultimate load and equivalent fatigue load is applied to it.The results of displacement,strain and safety factor are compared with the results of ANASYS finite element software or test results to verify the applicability of the space frame method.The results show that the error between the calculation result and the test result of the ABAQUS software finite element software meets the requirements of the specification,and the variation trend of the two software results and the test error is basically consistent,which provides a secondary development method for the ABAQUS blade finite element analysis.
