10万吨级养殖工船养殖舱水体噪声数值计算

Numerical Calculation of Water Noise in Aquaculture Tank of 100 000 t Aquaculture Ship

摘要 某10万吨级养殖工船目标养殖鱼种大黄鱼对中频段噪声敏感度较高,为保障大黄鱼在工船中健康高效生长,对该养殖工船养殖舱水体噪声进行分析评估。采用有限元和边界元法,基于Virtual Lab声学分析平台对典型养殖舱内水体进行声学建模、激励加载和计算分析。结果显示,在航行工况下,7号、8号养殖舱平均水体噪声曲线峰值约为183d B,1号养殖舱水体噪声平均曲线峰值约为171d B,均高于大黄鱼健康生长水体噪声限值150 dB。针对该问题,对工船主要设备及舱室进行了减振降噪处理,并对处理后的养殖舱水体噪声进行数值计算,经减振降噪处理后的养殖舱水体噪声可满足大黄鱼健康生长要求。 The target cultured fish species of a 100000 t aquaculture ship-large yellow croaker is very sensitive to middle frequency noise,in order to ensure fish’s healthy and efficient growth in the aquaculture ship,analysis and evaluation is done on the water noise in aquaculture tank.Finite element method and boundary element method are used,based on Virtual Lab acoustic analysis platform,acoustic modeling,incentive loading,calculation and analysis are done on the water in aquaculture tank.It is found that in sailing condition,#7 and#8aquaculture tank’s average water noise curve peak is 183 dB,and#1 aquaculture tank is 171 dB,which are all above the water noise limit of large yellow croaker’s healthy growth.To solve this problem,vibration and noise reduction processing are done on main devices and cabins,after which the water noise is numerically calculated and analyzed again.The results show that the aquaculture tank water noise meet the requirement of large yellow croaker healthy growth.
