一体化筒基井口平台基础拖航试验

Towing Stability of Integrated Bucket-Based Wellhead Platform Foundation

摘要 为解决海上边际油田开发成本较高的问题,将海上风电筒型基础结构运用到边际油田开发中,提出了一体化筒基井口平台基础,通过模型试验对其气浮拖航运输施工方式以及拖航过程中的稳定性进行分析验证,得到在多种工况下一体化筒基井口平台基础的拖航特性。结果表明:一体化筒基井口平台基础可以实现自浮拖航的施工方式,其运动响应受拖航方式的影响显著,通过控制航速、压载及拖缆点位置可以提升结构的拖航稳性。 In order to solve the problem of high development cost of offshore marginal oil fields,the offshore wind turbine bucket foundation is applied to the development of marginal oil fields,and the integrated bucket foundation wellhead platform is proposed.The construction mode of air floating towing transportation and the stability in the towing process are analyzed and verified through model tests,and it is obtained that under various working conditions,Towing characteristics of integrated bucket foundation wellhead platform.The results show that the integrated bucket foundation wellhead platform can realize the construction mode of self floating towing,and its motion response is significantly affected by the towing mode.The towing stability of the structure can be improved by controlling the speed,ballast and towing point position.
