摘要
为提高船舶小组立建造效率,创新性地提出了基于模型轮廓识别注册的船舶小组立装配作业指导方法,通过增强现实终端采集零件实际图像,将其与对应的模型轮廓进行配准,进行模型及其可视化工艺信息的空间注册,以达到模型与对应实物虚实准确叠加显示的效果,完成具备多通道交互功能的装配指导原型系统开发,并实现直观高效的船舶小组立装配作业指导应用验证。
In order to improve the efficiency of ship sub-assembly construction,a sub-assembly assembling guidance method based on model contour recognition registration is proposed.Images are collected by augmented reality terminal,and the images are registered with the model contour to complete the virtual and real superposition display of the model and the real object.The assembly guidance is carried out in a multi-channel interactive way.the prototype system development is completed and the intuitive and efficient application verification of ship sub-assembly assembling guidance is realized.
