摘要 针对船舶分段制造中小组立加工过程的物流调度问题,基于旅行商问题(TSP)算法提出一种新的物流调度决策,提高船舶分段建造效率。首先,以旅行商问题算法为基础,考虑自动导引运输车(AGV)路径及时间因素,构建多目标路径集数学模型;其次,通过模糊层次分析法(FAHP)算法构建权重模糊判断矩阵,融合物流时间与生产制造过程任务权重排序,获得综合优化调度方案。实例验证结果表明:基于TSP-FAHP算法的物流调度决策结果,综合考虑了物流时间及制造任务优先级,对实际加工过程调度方案决策及任务分配具有指导意义。 Aiming at the logistics scheduling problem of small assembly process in ship segmented manufacturing,a new logistics scheduling decision is proposed based on traveling salesman problem(TSP)algorithm to improve the efficiency of ship segmented construction.Firstly,based on the algorithm of traveling salesman problem,considering the factors of AGV path and time,the mathematical model of multi-objective path set is constructed;secondly,Through fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)algorithm constructs the weight fuzzy judgment matrix,integrates the logistics time and the weight ranking of manufacturing process tasks,and obtains the comprehensive optimal scheduling scheme.The example verification results show that the logistics scheduling decision results based on TSP-FAHP algorithm comprehensively consider the logistics time and manufacturing task priority,which has guiding significance for the actual processing process scheduling scheme decision-making and task allocation.
