摘要
海上结构物运输一般采用焊接的连接方式,但对于需要多次进行海绑及解绑的结构物来说,这无疑会耗费大量的时间和成本。文章旨在通过海工专用软件SACS进行运输工况的模拟分析,明确支座处的荷载后,在支座连接处采用“非焊接”的连接方式,使得结构物的海绑及解绑都无需进行焊接,并且可以多次反复使用,从而大大提升海上作业的施工效率。
The wedding connections are usually used in transportation of offshore engineering structures,but this may need much more time and costs,because the structures’sea fastening need welding and cutting very often.In this paper the analysis will use offshore engineering software SACS,and SACS can determine the reactions of supports.The non-welding connections can be used in the supports location,so this connections don’t need welding and cutting any more.
