摘要
海上风电机组面临着海洋高湿环境所带来的种种挑战,如:高湿度空气对金属结构的腐蚀,以及凝露对电气设备的损坏等。针对海上风电机组塔筒内部的特殊应用场景,文章介绍一种新型高效转轮除湿系统,与传统的转轮除湿机相比,该系统能耗降低70%以上,减小了塔筒内的配电容量,且无需再生进风和出风的风管,便于现场施工安装。该除湿系统可使塔筒内常年保持相对湿度低于40%以下,保证了风电机组长期运行的稳定与安全。
The offshore wind turbine faces various challenges brought by the high humidity environment,such as corrosion of metal structures and damage to electrical equipment caused by high humidity air.A new type of high-efficiency rotating wheel dehumidifier system for the special application inside the offshore wind turbine tower is introduced.Compared with the traditional rotating wheel dehumidifier,the energy consumption of the system is reduced by more than 70%.The power distribution capacity in the tower cylinder is reduced,and the air inlet and outlet ducts are eliminated,which is convenient for on-site construction and installation.The dehumidification system can keep the relative humidity in the tower below 40%all the year round,which ensures the long-term stability and safety of the wind turbine.
