摘要
随着能源危机到来,清洁能源的开发受到全球的关注,其中海上风能资源丰富,海上风电具有较好的发展前景,面对海洋严酷的腐蚀环境,迫切需要稳定可靠的防腐技术。文章介绍了目前海上风电设备的腐蚀现状,以及设备不同区域的腐蚀机理,针对特定的腐蚀环境介绍了目前应用较广的防腐技术及存在的问题,最后,展望激光熔覆技术在海上风电设备防腐方面的应用,为海上风电新型防腐技术提供参考。
With the advent of energy crisis,the development of clean energy has attracted global attention.Among them,offshore wind power resources are abundant,and offshore wind power has a good development prospect.Facing the harsh corrosive environment of the ocean,stable and reliable anti-corrosion technology is urgently needed.Introduces the corrosion situation of offshore wind power equipment,and the different parts of the equipment corrosion mechanism,corrosion of specific environment introduces the widely used anticorrosion technology and existing problems,and finally,the prospect of laser cladding technology applied in offshore wind power equipment corrosion,provide reference for offshore wind new anticorrosion technology.
