基于3级动力定位的闭合汇流排电力系统

摘要 船级社对于基于闭合汇流排的3级动力定位船舶的接受标准是能达到基于断开汇流排断路器等同的、可接受的安全水平,针对该要求,解决方案需要考虑电力系统的选择性、故障穿越能力、故障隔离能力和隐藏在电力系统中的隐性故障等。文章提出的具体解决方法为:对电力系统进行模拟仿真;对调速器故障、自动电压调节器故障、配电保护系统故障设置后备保护,以保证在主保护因故障不能动作,后备保护能动作以隔离故障,保证电网的故障不会扩散。采用实船短路试验和接地试验对解决方案进行验证,以验证解决方案满足船级社的要求。 The acceptance standard of Classification Society for DP-3 based on closed bus-ties is that an equivalent safety level is achieved as with open bus-tie breakers.In order to satisfy this requirement,the solution needs to consider coordinating selective protection of power system,fault ride through capability,fault isolation capability and hidden failures in power system.The specific solutions include simulating the power system;governor backup protection,automatic voltage regulator backup protection,distribution backup protection.In parallel with the primary action performed by the protection system,the backup system shall also execute alternative actions to isolate the faulty component or system before the failure effect could propagate from one system to another.Verification of closed bus-ties integrity for DP-3 includes requirements for live testing of short circuits and earth faults.
