摘要
分析传统轴系校中计算方法存在的不足,结合工程中常见的校中问题,在主流校中计算软件的基础上,基于Lab VIEW编程系统二次开发出一套计算程序,使用此程序对工程中的实际案例进行分析。基于所开发的程序,提出校中计算的优化方法,结果表明此程序对于优化轴系校中计算具有一定的借鉴意义。
The shortcomings of traditional shafting alignment method is analyzed,combining common shafting alignment problems in engineering.On the basis of mainstream calibration software,the shafting alignment program is re-developed based on the Lab VIEW programming system.The shafting alignment program was used to analyze practical cases,therefore,optimized methods are proposed based on this program.This program is meaningful to optimize for the traditional shafting alignment calculation.
