货船加装混合式脱硫系统设计实例分析

摘要 随着船舶硫排放法规的生效,营运船舶加装脱硫系统的需求日益增加。通过分析某型货船加装混合式脱硫系统改装设计过程中的问题,对设备布置、总体性能、结构强度、轮机管系、电气系统、模型扫描及生产设计等各方面应当注意的事项提出了合理、便捷的解决方案,为其他脱硫改装项目的设计提供借鉴和参考。 The demand of retrofitting exhaust gas cleaning system on the operating ships is increasing as the approach of the entry into force of ship sulfur emission regulations.Through the analysis of the problems encountered in the retrofitting design of the hybrid type exhaust gas system for a certain type of cargo ship,reasonable and convenient solutions are provided in the aspects of equipment arrangement,general design,structural strength,machinery piping system,electrical system,model scanning,and production design.It provides reference for the design of other exhaust gas cleaning system retrofitting projects.
