摘要
通过大数据和人工智能技术建立分析模型,对升耙吸式挖泥船的运行数据进行分析,帮助操作员提升耙吸式挖泥船的作业能效。首先分析了耙吸式挖泥船能效分析系统的组成、疏浚作业装备数据的特征、能效分析系统数据库的功能;然后进行了系统数据库设计,给出了数据库模型的E-R图;最后描述了能效分析系统的分析功能。与实际作业情况进行对比发现,该分析模型平均可提升能效13%,对于其他类型挖泥船的能效分析具有参考意义。
The main purpose of this study is to establish an analysis model through big data and artificial intelligence technology,analyze the operation data of the trailing suction dredger,and help the operator improve the operation energy efficiency of the trailing suction dredger.Firstly,the composition of the energy efficiency analysis system,the characteristics of dredging equipment data and the function of the database of the energy efficiency analysis system are analyzed.Then the system database is designed,the E-R diagram of the database model is given,and finally the analysis function of the energy efficiency analysis system is described.Compared with the actual operation,the research results can improve the energy efficiency by 13%on average,which has reference significance for the energy efficiency analysis of other types of dredgers.
