摘要
为确保10MW级风机在40m~60m水深且有台风的海域能够抵抗复杂恶劣的海洋环境,且能平衡下部支撑结构的建造和施工成本,风机导管架基础有望取代目前主流的单桩基础,在今后5—10年甚至更长时间在深远海得到广泛应用。文章结合国内外已建和在建的相关海上风电项目经验,对风机导管架基础的设计、建造、运输安装以及质量控制等方面的应用现状进行全面剖析,并对其在深水区推广应用的前景进行展望,供相关人员参考。
As to ensure that the upcoming 10 MW wind turbine can withstand the complex and harsh marine environment in the 40 m~60 m deepwater with typhoon,meanwhile balance the construction costs of the support structure,the jacket foundation is expected to replace the current mainstream monopile and be widely used in the next 5~10 years or even longer in the deep sea.Based on the experience of relevant offshore wind power projects which already built or under construction at home and abroad,a comprehensive analysis of the application status of offshore wind turbine with jacket foundation in terms of design,construction,transportation,installation and quality control is made.Finally,speculating its application in deep water areas for reference of relevant personnel.
