海缆非常态闪络放电机理及抑制方法

Mechanism and Suppression Method of Abnormal Flashover Discharge of Submarine Cable

摘要 对海试中出现的海缆闪络故障现象进行了研究,首先对海缆故障进行了复现试验,获取了海缆闪络电压的变化规律以及产生该规律的原因。在闪络机理研究中,将闪络过程等效为二阶系统的阶跃响应,通过曲线对比证明该响应结果与PSpice仿真结果一致。在实验室搭建闪络放电试验平台,并对闪络放电进行了模拟试验,证明闪络放电对节点输出电压产生了严重影响。为了抑制闪络放电对节点输出电压的影响,提高节点的抗扰动特性,文章提出在节点输入端并联硅堆以及在输出端并联TVS二极管的方法,试验验证结果表明该方法可有效抑制闪络放电对节点输出电压的影响。 The phenomenon of cable flashover failure in sea trial is studied.Firstly,the recurrence test of cable fault is carried out,and the variation rule of cable flashover voltage and the reason for the rule are obtained.In the study of flashover mechanism,the flashover process is equivalent to the step response of a second-order system,and the result of the response is consistent with the PSpice simulation result by curve comparison.Then,an experimental platform for flashover discharge is set up in the laboratory,and the simulation experiments are carried out to prove that the flashover discharge has a serious impact on the output voltage of the nodes.In order to suppress the influence of flashover discharge on the output voltage of nodes and improve the anti-disturbance characteristics of nodes,a method of shunting silicon stack at the input end of nodes and TVS diode at the output end of nodes is proposed.The method has been verified by experiments that it effectively suppresses the influence of flashover discharge on the output voltage of nodes.
