摘要 浮筏隔振系统设计前一般需要分析设备振源特性作为设计输入参数,通过对筏体和系统模态分析来评估其是否存在共振风险,以保证隔振性能。文章以某泵组浮筏隔振装置为例,根据不同泵组布置型式提出了2种设计方案,基于2种筏体的模态分析结果择优选择了双排布置方案,并基于该方案模型进行了系统模态分析。针对计算结果中发现的共振问题,分别通过调整筏体板厚和下层隔振器布置型式来改变系统模态分布,经模态计算验证了调整效果,消除了共振风险。 Before the design of floating raft vibration isolation system,it is generally necessary to analyse the characteristics of the installation vibration source as the design input parameter,and evaluate whether to avoid the resonance region to ensure the vibration isolation performance through the modal analysis of the raft modal and system.In this article,the floating raft isolation device of certain pumps set is taken as an example,and two design schemes are proposed according to different arrangement types of pumps.Based on the results of the two types of rafts’modal analysis,the double-row arrangement scheme is selected,and the system modal analysis is carried out based on this scheme.Aiming at the resonance problems found in the calculation results,the raft plate thickness and the lower isolator are adjusted respectively to change the modal distribution of the system,and the adjustment effect is verified by modal calculation to eliminate the resonance risk.
