基于决策树的水下控制模块液压系统故障诊断方法 被引量:6

摘要 以国内首套国产化水下控制模块液压系统为研究对象,针对水下控制模块液压系统故障诊断中故障点的隐蔽性、故障原因的复杂性和交织性、相关因素的随机性等难点,分析水下控制模块液压系统的工作原理,确定水下控制模块液压系统的失效故障类型,分别提出基于决策树的水下控制模块低压油路和高压油路故障诊断模型及高效求解算法,准确有效地实现了水下控制模块液压系统的故障诊断。结果表明,水下控制模块液压系统低压油路易发生油路泄漏和堵塞故障,高压油路易发生DCV阀打开失败故障。研究结果能够为我国锦州某气田水下控制模块液压系统的故障诊断提供一定的理论参考和技术指导,对于预防油气泄露等有着重要意义。 Takeing the first domestically-made subsea control module hydraulic system as the research object,and aiming at difficult problems such as the concealment of fault points in the fault diagnosis of the subsea control module hydraulic system,the complexity and interweaving of fault causes,and the randomness of related factors,the working principle of the subsea control module hydraulic system is analyzed and the failure type of the subsea control module hydraulic system is determined.The low-pressure oil circuit and high-pressure oil circuit fault diagnosis model of the subsea control module based on the decision tree are respectively proposed,which can accurately find the types of fault diagnosis of the subsea control module hydraulic system.The results show that the low-pressure oil circuit of the subsea control module hydraulic system is prone to oil circuit leakage and blockage failure,and the high-pressure oil circuit is prone to DCV valve opening falure.The job can provide the theoretical and method reference for the fault diagnosis of the subsea control module hydraulic system in JINZHOU gas field,which is significant for preventing oil and gas leakage in the production.
