摘要 调研国内极具代表性的某“双十”(离岸超过10 km,水深超过10 m)海上风电场运营与维护业务流程,聚焦海上风电运营与维护中突出的掣肘难点,设计并构建海上风电智能运维调度模型,固化模型的输入信息、约束条件和输出信息,编写核心程序函数代码,采用典型的智能寻优算法进行模型求解。将信息化数据与模型算法结合,形成完整的海上风电智能运维调度计算策略,输出短期或长期的兼顾总运维工时最短、船舶行驶路径安全、运维成本最低、发电收益最大且运维人员体验感良好等多因素的作业调度方案,打造海上风电智慧运维平台,推动国内海上风电智能运维调度技术发展。 Research representative domestic "double ten"(more than 10 kilometers offshore, water depth more than 10 meters) offshore wind farm operation and maintenance business process, focusing on the prominent difficulties in offshore wind power operation and maintenance, design and build offshore wind power intelligent operation and maintenance scheduling model, curing model input information, constraints, output information,write core program function code, using typical intelligent optimization algorithm for model solution. Combine information data and model algorithm to form a complete intelligent offshore wind power intelligent operation and maintenance scheduling calculation strategy, and output short-or long-term operation scheduling plan with the shortest total operation and maintenance working hours, ship driving path safety, lowest operation and maintenance cost, maximum power generation income and good experience of operation and maintenance personnel, Build the intelligent operation and maintenance platform of offshore wind power, and promote the development of intelligent operation and maintenance dispatching technology of offshore wind power in China.
