船运阶段海上变电站上部组块-驳船强度分析

摘要 海上变电站上部组块船运是海上施工至关重要的一环,上部组块-驳船整体系统的水动力特性和惯性荷载组合将直接影响上部组块结构的安全性。基于浮体动力学方程及惯性力计算方法,开展不同重现期环境荷载下上部组块-驳船的整体响应谱特性研究,分析最不利惯性力-重力耦合荷载组合对上部组块结构强度影响。基于不同设计规范条款及驳船吃水,给出船运阶段上部组块对惯性力-重力组合及整体系统水动力的敏感性规律,为国内短期、快频海上变电站的不同设计阶段校核提供规范选择及驳船吃水设计方面的指导性意见。 Transportation of the offshore substation topside is crucial during its offshore construction.The safety of the topside structure can be influenced by the combination of hydrodynamic and inertial forces of the topside-barge system.Based on the floating structure dynamic equation and inertial force calculation method,the response spectrum characteristics of the topside-barge system under the environmental loads of different return periods are analyzed in this research.The strength of the topside structure is also checked under the most unfavorable combination of inertial force and gravity.A series of analyses are conducted to investigate the strength behavior of the topside structure under the combination of inertial force-gravity and the hydrodynamic force with different design standards and draft.The research results can provide code selection for the verification of different design stages of domestic short-term and fast frequency offshore substations,and provide guiding opinions for the draft design of barges.
