摘要 针对目前船舶吊舱安装工装工艺不完善与不规范等问题,提出一种船舶吊舱安装工艺,并依据该安装工艺,对船舶吊舱安装工装的功能进行分析,设计一种广泛适用于船舶吊舱的安装工装。利用仿真分析方法分析工装结构在静力作用下的强度和刚度,校核工装结构及尺寸的合理性。结果表明,该工装满足强度和刚度要求,可以实现船舶吊舱安装过程中对吊舱姿态的调整与对中,对船舶吊舱安装工装设计具有一定的参考意义。 Aiming at the problems of imperfect and nonstandard technology of ship pod installation tooling,a kind of ship pod installation technology is proposed,the function of ship pod installation tooling according to the installation technology is analyzed,and a widely used ship pod installation tooling is designed.The strength and stiffness of tooling structure under static action are analyzed by simulation analysis method,and the rationality of tooling structure and size is checked.The results show that the tooling meets the requirements of strength and stiffness,and can realize the attitude adjustment and the alignment of the pod during the installation of the ship pod,which has a certain reference significance for the design of ship pod installation tooling.
