摘要 焊接作为船舶和海工装备建造的关键技术,中小组立部件是船舶装配的重要对象,加大对中小组立焊接机器人的发展与应用是进行船舶智能制造的重要一步。为了更加全面的了解船舶中小组立焊接机器人,文章介绍了其在国内外的发展及其关键技术,中小组立机器人将多学科技术融入具备不同特征的中小组立生产中,在保证产品质量一致性的同时提高造船厂自动化生产效率,实现高效造船。 Welding is the key technology of ship and marine equipment construction. Small and medium-sized assembly parts are the basic object of ship assembly. Increasing the development and application of small and medium-sized assembly welding robots is an important step in ship intelligent manufacturing. In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of small and medium-sized assembly welding robots in ships, its development and key technologies at home and abroad are introduced. Small and medium-sized assembly robots integrate multidisciplinary technology into small and medium-sized assembly production with different characteristics, improve the automatic production efficiency of shipyards and realize efficient shipbuilding while ensuring the consistency of product quality.
