面向海上风电工程的船舶助航系统设计与实现 被引量:1

Design and Implementation of Ship Navigation Aid System in Offshore Wind Farm Area

摘要 为保障海上风力发电机及船舶通航安全,以海上风力发电机为实施载体,设计一种适宜于海上风电工程水域的船舶助航系统。该系统由警示灯模块、雷达应答器模块、AIS虚拟航标模块、颜色标绘模块、远程控制模块等组成。经实践应用表明,该系统可在远距离有效提醒船舶及时避让,特别是能提高夜间或能见度不良条件下船舶驾驶员识别海上风力发电机的能力,可为船舶避让预留充足的决策时间。与传统导助航设施相比,该系统能够多重融合、远近互补,具有较强的实用性和优异的警示性,可有效降低船舶碰撞海上风力发电机的概率。 In order to ensure the safety of offshore wind turbines and ships,a ship navigation aid system installed on offshore wind turbines and suitable for offshore wind farm area is designed.This system is composed of warning light module,radar transponder module,AIS virtual navigation aid module,color plotting module and remote control module,etc.Practical applications show that the system can remind ships to avoid collision at long distances timely and effectively.Specifically,it can improve deck officer’s ability to identify offshore wind turbines at night or under poor visibility conditions and reserve sufficient time for decision-making for ships to avoid collisions.Compared with traditional navigation aids,the designed system is more multi-integrated and complementary in distance,and has stronger practicability and more excellent warning features,which can effectively reduce the probability of collisions between ships and offshore wind turbines.
