摘要
在收集项目可研、初步设计和施工图设计方案、目标及依据的基础上,结合江苏某地海上风电场示范项目现场运行实际情况,针对海上风电场发电量折减系数,对比分析风电机组实际运行与设计方案存在的偏差以及原因,给出设计后的评估分析和优化方案。分析结果表明,风电机组功率曲线折减修正、风电机组可利用率折减修正、叶片污染折减修正、控制和湍流折减修正、气候影响停机折减修正、运行维护不可到达折减修正、风资源不确定性折减修正、厂用电折减修正均可进一步优化。
On the basis of collecting project feasibility study report,preliminary design and construction drawing design report,combining with the actual situation of offshore wind farm demonstration project in a certain place in Jiangsu province,the article compares and analyzes the deviation between the actual operation of the wind turbine and the design plan and the reasons.The results show that reduction and correction of the power curve of wind turbines,reduction and correction of wind turbine availability,leaf pollution reduction correction,control and turbulence reduction correction,correction for climate-affected shutdown reduction,operation and maintenance unreachable reduction,wind resource uncertainty reduction correction and auxiliary power reduction correction can all be further optimized.
