摘要
介绍了毫米波雷达海浪观测的原理,并得出了海浪基本要素的观测计算方法,同时根据海上风机适用船舶的情况,分析了海上风电机位平台运维船舶登靠的安全条件,通过文章提出的基于毫米波雷达的海上风电机位平台运维船舶登靠安全条件判断方法,结合中等时间尺度的海洋气象预报系统,可以为海上风电制定涉海工作计划提供有效的安全判据。
The paper introduces the principle of millimeter wave radar wave observation and obtains the observation and calculation method of the basic elements of the wave.At the same time,according to the situation of offshore wind turbine applicable to ships,it analyzes the safety conditions of offshore wind turbine platform operation and maintenance ship landing.Through the interpretation method of the safety conditions of offshore wind turbine platform operation and maintenance ship landing based on millimeter wave radar proposed in this paper,combining with the medium time scale marine weather forecasting system,the effective safety criteria can be provided for offshore wind power to make work-at-sea plan.
