Practice and Analysis of Structural Health Monitoring Engineering of Offshore Wind Power

摘要 为了给我国海上风电场的安全维护提供有效参考,文章对江苏某近海风电场的健康监测活动进行总体介绍,而选取其中1台单桩基础风机作为研究对象,阐述其监测过程,并利用近1年的实测数据对其健康状态进行评估。结果显示:采取的防腐措施能够有效防止桩体腐蚀;风机在风力作用下发生了一定程度的永久性偏移;机舱偏航会引起风机塔筒的振幅突变,偏航后,风机的频率成分将发生明显变化;剔除不确定性因素,尤其环境因素影响,是利用结构频率准确判别结构健康状态劣化的前提。 In order to provide a reference for safety assurance of the domestic offshore wind farm,the SHM campaign of an offshore wind farm in Jiangsu province is introduced.Taken one of monopile foundation wind turbine as the study object,the monitoring process is described.And the condition state of the wind turbine is assessed by nearly-one-year filed test data.The results shows that the adopted measure is effective to prevent the wind turbine foundation from corrosion;the wind turbine has a permanent inclination due to the effects of winds;the yawing of the wind turbine can result in the abrupt change of the vibration amplitude,and the frequency components also change before and after the yawing;it is necessary to eliminate the effects of uncertainties,especially those of environmental variations,before determining the condition state of the structure.
