摘要
分析国际上成熟漂浮式海上风电建设案例,结合我国海洋环境特点,提出中浅水条件下漂浮式海上风电机组基础平台选型建议,并对其水动力性能开展研究。研究结果表明,平台的频域及时域下的运动性能均满足设计要求,相关建议适用于我国当前建设阶段。
The paper analyzes international mature floating offshore wind power construction cases and the characteristics of marine environment in China,and puts forward suggestions for the selection of floating offshore wind turbine foundation platform in mid-shallow water conditions,combining of the characteristics of sea environment in our country.It carries out research on its hydrodynamic performance.The research result shows that the motion performance of the platform in frequency domain and time domain meets the design requirements.The relative suggestions are suitable for the current construction stage in China.
