摘要 针对某海上升压站在运输过程中出现的主变散热器漏油事件,以运输过程中长时间振动引发的螺栓松动为出发点,全面分析本次漏油事件原因,并根据目视、电气试验、变压器油化验结果,结合相关电气试验标准及海上环境,制定海上主变修复流程。此外,针对本次事件,提出4项改进措施,为后续海上主变安装、运输、维修提供参考。 Aiming at the event that the main transformer radiator occurred oil leakage in the transportation process of an offshore booster station,through the bolt loosening caused by long-time vibration in the transportation process,a comprehensive analysis of the causes of the oil leakage is done.According to the results of visual inspection,electrical test and transformer oil test,combined with the relevant electrical test standards and marine environment,the repair process of the main transformer at sea is formulated.Additionally,aiming at the incident,four improvement measures are put forward to provide reference for the subsequent installation,transportation and maintenance of the main transformer on the sea.
