摘要
船用燃气轮机进口导叶(IGV)系统在机组甩负荷时,需要快速关闭以防止燃机超速。基于此控制需求以及被控对象的特性,采用基于先验知识的自适应逆控制(AIC),设计IGV控制系统以实现对其动态响应的控制。基于Simscape Fluids以及Multibody仿真环境,分别建立IGV电液驱动系统和机械执行机构的物理仿真模型;将模型导出至Lab VIEW,并利用Lab VIEW数字滤波器设计工具包,设计了自适应逆控制系统,并进行了仿真试验及结果分析。结果表明,所设计的自适应逆控制系统能满足控制需求。
Inlet guide vane systems need to close rapidly when marine gas turbine is load shedding.According to the control requirement and dynamic characteristics of IGV,an IGV control system using prior knowledge based adaptive inverse control is proposed.Physical simulated models of electro-hydraulic driven IGV system and hydromechanical actuator are built based on Simscape Fluids and simulated environment of Multibody accordingly,and are exported to LabVIEW.Using digital filter design toolkit at LabVIEW,an adaptive inverse control system for IGV is proposed,simulated and the results are analyzed.Simulation results show that the AIC control system can meet the requirement.
