船用主机高压油管开裂分析及措施

Failure Analysis of High Pressure Fuel Oil Pipes Used in a Vessel Main Engine

摘要 某轮在船厂交付之后运行不久主机就相继发生连接高压燃油泵和燃油喷油器之间的燃油高压管泄漏,对泄漏的油管进行断口分析、金相分析、化学成分、力学性能分析。结果表明,管材在冷拔制作过程中产生的内壁加工缺陷在使用过程中发生了疲劳扩展,导致开裂泄漏。 Fractures occurred on a few high pressure fuel oil pipes,which are used for linking high pressure fuel pumps and fuel injectors,in a new vessel main engine in succession in the running soon after delivery.Fractographic analysis,metallurgical analysis,chemical component analysis and mechanical properties analysis of the leaking oil pipes are carried out.The results indicate that fatigue expansion occurs during use because of the inner surface manufactured defects,resulting in cracking and leakage.
