摘要
分析船舶压载水排放影响与危害,介绍IMO与USCG对于船舶压载水排放要求以及对压载水处理设备认证程序。结合各压载水处理技术特点,重点介绍目前市场上占比较高的过滤与电解结合技术,以及过滤与紫外结合技术。分析目前各船舶压载水处理技术通过IMO及USCG认证占比情况,并对无压载水船舶技术进行展望。根据分析目前压载水处理设备认证程序日趋严苛,压载水处理方法主要以组合技术为主,通过认证的技术中过滤+紫外和过滤+电解技术占比高达68%以上,而无压载水船舶技术以贯通流式、单一结构船身设计和V型船身设计为主。
The impact and hazard of ship ballast water discharge are analyzed,and the requirements of IMO and USCG for ship ballast water discharge and the certification procedures of ship ballast water treatment equipment are introduced.Combined with the characteristics of various ballast water treatment technology,the combination technology of filtration and electrolysis,as well as the combination technology of filtration and ultraviolet,which occupy a high proportion in the market at present,are emphatically introduced.According to the analysis,the certification procedure of BWMS is becoming more and more stringent.The combined technology is the main method of ballast water treatment,Filtration+UV and filtration+electrolysis technologies accounted for more than 68%of the certified technologies.The technology of non-ballast water ship is mainly through flow,single structure hull design and V-shaped hull design.The proportions of ship ballast water treatment technology approved by IMO and USCG are analyzed and the technology of ballast-free ship is prospected.
