基于单频法的船舶电网绝缘监测与故障定位系统 被引量:5

摘要 针对船舶电网接地残流较小,不利于绝缘故障定位这一问题,提出一种绝缘监测和故障定位方法,即依靠单频注入法实现绝缘监测和故障定位。以STM32单片机为控制器,移植UCOS-Ⅲ嵌入式操作系统,设计硬件系统和软件架构,开发一套完整的在线绝缘监测与故障定位系统。采用该系统对船舶电网的绝缘状态进行实时监测,实现绝缘电阻的测量、绝缘预警、绝缘报警、故障定位和数据记录等功能。试验结果表明,该绝缘监测和故障定位方法是可行、可靠的。 Aiming at the problem that the small residual current of ship power grid fault grounding is not conducive to insulation fault location.A new insulation monitoring and fault location method is proposed,that is,the insulation monitoring and fault location are achieved by the single frequency injection method.With the STM32 single chip microcomputer as the controller,the UCOS-Ⅲembedded operating system is transplanted,and the hardware system and software architecture are designed,and then a complete on-line insulation monitoring and fault location system is developed.The monitoring and positioning system can real-time monitor the insulation state of ship power grid,realizing the functions of insulation resistance measurement,insulation early warning,insulation alarm,fault location and data recording,etc.The experimental result shows that the insulation monitoring and fault location method is feasible and reliable.
