摘要
针对风力发电机组光影污染问题,提出了基于偏航的光影控制方法,使风力机运行对环境影响降到最低。将风力发电机光影考虑为椭圆,获取根据风力发电机的经纬度,计算其太阳高度角及倾角。计算及判断敏感地区的光影覆盖情况,然后根据风向角、太阳倾角、风速及偏航保护裕量,计算最大偏航角度及对应光影面积。为避免重复启动偏航,以偏航角度设定值与当前偏航角度的偏差为度量;当其偏差大于阈值,启动偏航控制。在风场实际运行后,能有效降低光影对敏感区域的影响。
Aiming at the problem of light and shadow pollution of wind turbines,a light and shadow control method based on yaw is proposed to minimize the environmental impact of wind turbine.The light and shadow of the wind turbine is considered as an ellipse,and the solar height angle and inclination angle are calculated according to the longitude and latitude of the wind turbine,and the light and shadow coverage in the sensitive area is calculated and judged.Then the maximum yaw angle and corresponding light shadow area are calculated according to the wind direction angle,solar inclination angle,wind speed and yaw protection allowance.In order to avoid repeated start of yaw,the deviation between the set value of yaw angle and the current yaw angle is taken as the measurement.When the deviation is greater than the threshold,yaw control is started.After the actual operation of the wind field,it can effectively reduce the influence of light and shadow on the sensitive area.
