摘要
管架式海上养殖平台作为网箱的浮式管理基站以及大型渔业生产综合平台,其结构强度及抗风浪能力是研究平台能否应用于离岸养殖的关键所在。基于设计波法对海上养殖平台整体强度进行了研究分析,计算平台所说的剖面载荷,采用绕射理论计算平台所受到的波浪载荷,根据平台的水动力响应特征量定义了6种危险工况及其对应的设计波参数,分析不同危险工况下平台整体结构强度,对比探究不同结构的海洋养殖平台整体强度差异。结果表明,平台的最大等效应力为14.2 MPa,小于平台的许用应力18.7 MPa,平台的整体强度满足要求,可以作为养殖平台进行实际的生产和使用。
As a floating management base station for deep-sea cages and a comprehensive platform,offshore aquaculture platform structural strength and wind resistance ability are the key to whether the platform can be applied to offshore aquaculture.The global strength of the offshore aquaculture platform based on the design wave method is studied and analyzed.The platform subjected to wave loads is calculated by the linear diffraction wave theory.Six dangerous working conditions and design parameter are defined according to the characteristic quantity of the hydrodynamic response of the platform.The research purposes from global strength analysis of the of offshore aquaculture platforms under different dangerous conditions and study of different structures of offshore aquaculture platform global strength through the comparative different platform.The results show that the maximum equivalent stress of the platform is 14.2 MPa,which is less than the permissible stress of the platform of 18.7 MPa.As an offshore platform its overall strength can be actual production and use.
