摘要
深远海养殖工船作为一种典型的具有自航能力且长期系泊在固定海域作业的工程船舶,稳性安全至关重要。文章通过分析养殖工船的作业特点,结合相关规范要求,初步建立了养殖工船稳性设计准则。继而以某养殖工船实际设计项目为依托,对船体进行完整稳性和破损稳性计算分析,并根据设计准则进行了校核。针对自由液面过大的问题,对养殖水舱进行了优化设计。结果表明:该类型养殖工船能够较好地满足稳性设计准则的要求,完整稳性及破损稳性有较大的裕度。
As a typical engineering ship with self-propelled ability and long-term mooring in the fixed sea area,the stability and safety of the deep-sea aquaculture platform is very important.Based on the analysis of the operation characteristics of breeding vessels and the requirements of relevant specifications,the stability design criteria of the deep sea aquaculture platform are preliminarily established.Then,based on the actual design project of the aquaculture platform,the intact stability and damage stability of the hull are calculated and analyzed,and checked according to the design criteria.In order to solve the problem of excessive free surface,the aquaculture tank is optimized.The results show that this type of breeding ship can better meet the requirements of the stability design criteria,and there is a large margin for intact stability and damage stability.
