摘要
风力发电是我国重要的后续能源之一,大力发展我国能源供应和环境保护极为重要。同时随着平价、竞价时代的到来,海上风电项目开发核心环节前移至资源开发前期阶段,导致低风速风电场投资收益风险增大,提高风资源评估的准确性志在必行。测风数据作为风资源评估的基础与核心,提高测风数据处理的规范性尤为重要。文章深入挖掘测风数据,参考行业标准和国家标准,提出了一套完整的测风数据处理流程,并在处理过程中加入了数据分析方法,如规则处理、塔影分析、数据插补等分析过程,使用Windographer 4.0.17软件实现,最终得到了可靠的代表年测风数据,为后续风电场的精准化评估奠定了基础。
Wind power is one of the important follow-up energy in our country,to develop the energy supply and environment protection in China is very important.At the same time,with the advent of the era of parity and competitive wind power,the core of offshore wind power project is moving to the prophase of resource development stage,lead to increase the investment risk of low wind speed wind farm.To improve the accuracy of the wind resource assessment is a must.Wind data improved to standardization is particularly important as the basis and core of the wind resource assessment.Dig deeper into the data and refer to industry standards and national standards,the paper puts forward a complete set of wind measurement data processing,and join the unique data analysis method in the process,such as flag with rules,tower shading,data interpolation and so on,end up with a reliable representative year wind data in using Windographer 4.0.17.It will lay the foundation for accurate assessment of the subsequent wind farms.
