风电场有功调节合格率的应用技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 国内风电发展迅速,在电力能源的占比越来越大,与此同时不断提高风功率预测、高低穿、一次调频等技术,提高了风电的可调节性,提高了电力系统稳定性。但风电的应用依然存在间歇性、波动性、处于电网末端等问题,加之目前风电储能技术尚未完善,导致风电实时发电量与电网实时耗电量存在一定差异,如果不进行实时监控、调度,调度精准性不足,严重时将危害电力系统稳定性。为了保证电力系统安全,电网出台了一系列规定,要求风电场必须及时准确响应电网调度要求。为了提高风电场有功调节合格率,本文从现场的实际问题出发,详细分析了有功调节不达标的原因,并制定了系统性解决方案,最后通过现场测试验证,达到电网要求。 With the rapid development of wind power in China,the proportion of wind power in the power energy is increasing.At the same time,the technology of wind power prediction,high-low penetration,primary frequency modulation,etc.is constantly improved,which improves the adjustability of wind power and the stability of power system.However,the application of wind power still has some problems such as intermittence,fluctuation,being at the end of power grid,etc.in addition,the current wind power storage technology is not perfect,which leads to some differences between the real-time power generation of wind power and the real-time power consumption of power grid.If the real-time monitoring and dispatching are not carried out,the stability of power system will be endangered.In order to ensure the security of power system,the power grid has issued a series of regulations,which require the wind farm to respond to the grid dispatching requirements timely and accurately,otherwise it will be subject to assessment and punishment.In order to improve the qualification rate of active power regulation in wind farms,this paper starts from the actual problems in the field,analyzes the reasons for the failure of active power regulation in detail,and develops a systematic solution.Finally,through the field test,it meets the requirements of power grid.
