风电机组钢混塔筒预制构件新型预埋件受力性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 当前预埋吊件在工程应用中存在着较多问题,给海上吊装作业带来了一定的安全隐患。风电塔筒预制混凝土构件质量大、体积大、吊装高度大、施工环境复杂,对预埋吊件设计提出了更高的要求,因此有必要为风电塔筒设计一套安全适用的专用预埋吊件。针对风电塔筒预制混凝土构件的特点,文章采用了"钢丝绳预埋吊件"的方案,初步设计出S0~S9十个试件,形成9组对照,并基于ABAQUS软件进行了有限元分析,初步定性的探究了这9个变量对于试件平面外受力性能的影响,并提出了优化设计方案。 At present,there are many problems in the engineering application of inserts for lifting and handling,which bring some safety risks to the lifting operation on the sea.The precast concrete components of wind tower barrel which always have great quality,great volume,high lifting height and complex lifting environment,which requires the better quality of inserts for lifting and handling.Therefore,it is necessary to design a set of special inserts which are safe and applicable for wind tower barrel.According to the characteristics of precast concrete components of wind tower barrel,the paper adopts the"wirerope inserts for lifting and handling"scheme and designs ten specimens of S0~S10 and 9 contrasts.It makes finite element analysis based on ABAQUS software and gets the qualitative analysis results of the effect of the nine variables for out-of-plane mechanical performance of specimens.The optimal design scheme is proposed.
