摘要
以碳化硅的掺量作为基本变量,研究了高性能灌浆料的力学性能随碳化硅掺量改变而产生的变化。研究结果表明:添加适量的碳化硅可以提高高性能灌浆的抗压强度;随着碳化硅添加量的逐渐增加,高性能灌浆材料的抗压强度逐步增加然后降低。碳化硅适当掺加对于提高灌浆料的流动度增长具有促进作用,高强灌浆料的抗压强度和流动性在碳化硅掺量为3%时达到最大值。
Taking the amount of silicon carbide as the basic variable,the mechanical properties of high performance grouting materials are studied.The results show that the addition of silicon carbide can improve the compressive strength of high performance grouting materials effectively.The compressive strength of the high performance grouting material increases with the increasing of silicon carbide content,and then decreases.The fluidity of grouting materials can be improved by adding proper amount of silicon carbide.When the content of silicon carbide is 3%,the compressive strength and fluidity of grouting are at the peak.
