文章介绍了5kN·m立式参考式扭矩标准装置的结构形式和组成,并详细描述了有关参考式装置的结构设计及有限元分析、扭矩加载系统以及装置的超限保护机构的研究过程和研究成果。通过不确定度评定,装置的扩展不确定度Urel=0.05%(包含因子k=2)。参考式扭矩标准装置以其高性价比和快速校准的特点,满足了广大计量机构扭矩传感器校准的需求。
The structure and composition of the 5 kN·m vertical reference torque standard device are introduced,and the structural design and finite element analysis of the reference device,the torque loading system,and the over-limit protection mechanism of the device are described in detail.Through the uncertainty assessment,the device’s extended uncertainty Urel=0.05%(Inclusion factor k=2).The reference torque standard device meets the needs of the torque sensor calibration of the majority of metering mechanisms with its low cost and rapid calibration.
