摘要
双壁管设计广泛应用于易燃、易爆、剧毒的介质输送,同样适用于LNG燃料供应系统管路。双壁管制作完成后进行必要焊缝检验,进行管路流程、强度、气密性测试,给它配置气体监控传感器检测夹套空间气体浓度,检测抽吸通风的负压或真空度,侦测内管介质泄露迹象。通过这些技术手段保证低温、常温天然气输送更加安全、可靠。
Double wall pipe design is widely used in the transportation of flammable,explosive and highly toxic media,and it is also suitable for the pipeline of LNG fuel supply system.After the double wall pipe is made,necessary weld inspection shall be carried out,pipeline process,strength and air tightness test shall be carried out,and gas monitoring sensors shall be provided to detect the gas concentration in the jacket space,the negative pressure or vacuum degree of suction ventilation,and the signs of medium leakage in the inner pipe shall be detected.Through these technical means,the natural gas transportation at low temperature and normal temperature can be more safe and reliable.
