摘要
本文针对换流变厂内真空注油工艺的高要求,比较分析了真空罐注油系统和常压注油系统的优劣,首次设计了一种适合换流变现场低含气量的油务处理方案。介绍了一种现场常压三级注油系统搭建,提出现场油务工艺处理中含气量控制的关键工艺要点及评判标准,实现了换流变高真空注油含气量控制。
In this paper,in view of the high requirements of vacuum oil filling process,it compares and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of vacuum tank oil filling system and atmospheric pressure oil filling system,and an oil treatment scheme with low gas content was designed firstly.This paper introduces the construction of a threestage atmospheric pressure oil filling system,puts forward the key points and evaluation criteria for controlling the gas content in the field oil processing,and realizes the control of the gas content.
