消风合剂联合玻特利软膏治疗湿热下注型肛周湿疹的临床观察

Clinical observation of Xiaofeng Mixture combined with Botelli Ointment in treating perianal eczema with dampness-heat diffusing downward

目的:观察消风合剂联合玻特利软膏治疗湿热下注型肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将60例湿热下注型肛周湿疹患者随机分成两组:治疗组采用消风合剂口服联合玻特利软膏外用治疗,对照组采用玻特利软膏外用治疗,均以7d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。比较治疗总有效率、治疗前后肛周瘙痒、皮损面积、皮损形态、中医证候评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率(90.00%)显著高于对照组(56.67%)(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组在改善患者肛周瘙痒、皮损面积、皮损形态等方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候评分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:消风合剂联合玻特利软膏治疗湿热下注型肛周湿疹疗效显著,临床上值得推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaofeng Mixture combined with Botelli Ointment in the treatment of perianal eczema with dampness-heat diffusing downward.Methods:Sixty patients with perianal eczema were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with Xiaofeng Mixture and Botelli Ointment.The control group was treated with Botelli Ointment.Taking 7 days as a course of treatment,both groups were treated for 2 courses to observe the effects and to compare the total effective rate of treatment,perianal itching,the area of lesions,the morphology of skin lesions,the score of TCM symptoms,and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(56.67%)(P<0.05).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in improving perianal itching,skin lesion area,skin lesion morphology after treatment(P<0.05);the symptom scores of TCM after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and symptom scores of TCM in experimental group was significantly lower than that the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:Xiaofeng Mixture combined with Botelli Ointment is effective for perianal eczema dampness-heat diffusing downward,and it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
