夏氏消癥汤治疗痰瘀互结型子宫肌瘤临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of hysteromyoma with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis by Xiashi Xiaozheng Decoction

目的:观察夏氏消癥汤治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效,探讨中药治疗此病的经验。方法:将50例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组:夏氏消癥汤观察组(观察组)予以夏氏消癥汤;米非司酮对照组(对照组)给予米非司酮,均连续服药3个月后,观察两组患者的临床疗效及肌瘤体积。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率(87.50%)显著高于对照组(76.00%)(P<0.05);且两组治疗后肌瘤体积较治疗前均显著缩小(P<0.05),观察组缩小程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:夏氏消癥汤可以抑制子宫肌瘤的生长,缩小肌瘤体积。

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of treating hysteromyoma with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis by Xiashi Xiaozheng Decoction,explore the experience of treating this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 50 patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into two groups.Observation group took Xiashi Xiaozheng Decoction and control group took Mifepristone for 3 months,then,to observe the clinical conditions of patients and the volumes of uterine fibroids.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(87.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05).The volumes of uterine fibroids in both groups after treatment were significantly smaller than that before treatment(P<0.05).The reduction degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiashi Xiaozhen Decoction can inhibit growth of uterine fibroids and reduce volumes.
