摘要
目的:探讨孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童言语障碍使用调神针法结合特殊教育和训练的临床疗效。方法:选取60例ASD伴有言语障碍的儿童,随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用调神针法结合特殊教育和训练,对照组仅接受特殊教育和训练治疗,两组患儿治疗前后采用孤独症程度评定量表(CARS),孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)进行评估。结果:治疗3个月后经CARS、ATEC评估,治疗组症状改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05),特别是ATEC治疗评估中言语/语言/交流因子改善显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:调神针法结合特殊教育和训练能有效地改善ASD儿童言语障碍。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with special education and training in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:A total of 60 children with ASD with speech disorder were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each group.The treatment group was treated with Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with special education and training,while the control group was only treated with special education and training.Before and after treatment,the children in the two groups were assessed with childhood autism rating scale(CARS)and autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC).Results:After 3 months of treatment,the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group through the CARS and ATEC assess(P<0.05),especially the improvement of speech,language,communication factor in the treatment group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with special education and training can effectively improve speech disorder in children with ASD.
