探析张锡纯在温病治疗中运用“人参”的经验

温病作为一种外感发热性疾病,其发病具有明显的季节性,且发病急,病情重,进展快,容易出现热邪内陷、扰神动风等变证,张锡纯在温热病治疗中善于运用白虎汤及白虎加人参汤治疗,用药时虽冠以"人参"之名,但实际临床用野党参代替人参,用党参配石膏以除温热,伍滋润之品以护真阴,体弱者用党参以固元气,并强调非急危重证党参用量不能过大,这些治疗经验,丰富了温病的治疗思路,对我们今后更好的继承和发展中医具有重要的学习和借鉴意义。

As an exogenous febrile disease,warm disease has obvious seasonality characteristics,and it has acute onset,serious condition and rapid progress.High fever,coma and convulsions are likely to occur of this disease.ZHANG Xi-chun is good at using Baihu Decoction and Baihu plus Ginseng Decoction in the treatment of warm disease.The prescription is called‘Ginseng’,but it is replaced by wild Codonopsis Pilosula in clinical practice.He uses Codonopsis Pilosula and Gypsum to abatement fever and match the moisturizing products to protect the trueyin.He uses Codonopsis Pilosula to protect the Pilosula primordial qi of the poor constitution patients,and stresses that the dosage of Codonopsis Pilosula should not be too much unless critical patients.ZHANG Xi-chun’s experience has enriched the treatment thought of warm disease,it is important learning and reference for us to inherit and develop TCM better in the future.
