基于取象比类探讨缺血性脑卒中脉燥证治规律

Exploration on the regular pattern of TCM syndrome and therapy of pulse dryness in ischemic stroke based on Quxiang Bilei

关于中风,古人多提及脉道不通,文章运用"取象比类"这一中医学重要的思维方法和逻辑工具,结合古方养营生津、运营利水以濡脉复脉通脉的启示,取燥性之"干"象和"杀"象类比缺血性脑卒中脑血管内皮细胞损伤、功能障碍甚至凋亡的病理状态,提出了脉道燥变是缺血性脑卒中的关键病机,认为脉道保持濡润之性是脉道畅通的前提,脉燥之证机在于营弱津亏、营弱津停、营滞津滞,并从文献与临床研究总结出养营生津以及运营利水以治燥的辨治规律,以反证缺血性脑卒中脉燥证之机理。

When it came to strokes,the ancient people often mentioned that the pulse was impassable.The article used the‘Quxiang Bilei’,an important thinking method and logic tool of traditional Chinese medicine,combined enlightenment of Yangying Shengjin,Yunying Lishui to moisten pulse,rehabilitate pulse and dredge pulse,take the image of‘dry’and‘killing’to draw an analogy pathological state of injury,dysfunction and even apoptosis of cerebrovascular endothelial cells in ischemic stroke.This paper thought keeping moist was the premise of the smooth flow of the pulse.The mechanism of pulse dryness is Yingruo Jinkui,Yingruoj Inting,Yingzhi Jinzhi.From the literature and clinical research,this paper summarized the rule of syndrome differentiation and therapy,to disproof the mechanism of pulse drying in ischemic stroke.
